Part2 Global Leadership, Dr. Charles Reigeluth of Indiana University, USA. The editor of Green Book and the originator of Elaboration Theory
We are pleased to present Part 2 of our Global Leadership interview with Dr. Charles Reigeluth of Indiana University. He is the editor of the well-known “Green Books,” which I have long admired.
In this interview, I asked Dr. Reigeluth what he keeps in mind when working in global contexts. He shared that although most of his design work and systemic change research has been conducted within the United States, when he speaks internationally, he tries to focus on “universal principles.”
First, advancing knowledge about useful guidance
Second, paradigm change and systemic transformation
Third, guidance in the form of heuristics
Finally, the importance of formative research
Listening to Dr. Reigeluth, who has contributed to this field for so many years, I truly felt the depth of his words.
